Puddlebrook Pump Track is a free facility in the heart of Haverhill South!
This tarmac track was designed for BMX and mountain bike use but is also enjoyed by skateboarders and stunt scooter enthusiasts. The project was brought to fruition by the Haverhill South Peoples Forum with help from Community Action Suffolk and funded by The Peoples Health Trust.
The facility is considered one of the best in the UK and was build by Clark And Kent Contractors, the organisation that built the London 2012 Olympic BMX track and a number of other prestigious courses all over the world!
The track is open 24/7 and is used by toddlers with their parents right through to older adults that have been involved with BMX since the 1970s.
It is recommended that full safety equipment including a helmet is used when visiting the site.
Puddlebrook Pump Track rides best in dry conditions and in daylight hours.
Keep an eye out on the Puddlebrook Pump Track Facebook Page for information on coaching sessions coming soon!
Please respect the site and other users, be sure to take your litter home with you, but most of all HAVE FUN!
